Here is how Indian Oil helps to transfer LPG connection to different name-

A. Transfer to a family member– In case the transferee from the family does not have an LPG connection then you need to provide a request to your distributor with KYC details of the transferee, identity and address proof, original subscription voucher(SV) in your name, declaration from the transferee.

After this, the KYC will be verified and the multiple connections in the address mentioned for the transfer will be checked. The distributor will make a new SV in the name of the transferee. One important point to note here is that security deposit will remain the same as in the original SV.
